A 22-year-old Iowa resident faces nine counts of child abuse that allegedly occurred when she was employed at the Over the Rainbow Daycare center. Charges were filed March 31 and she faces up to two years of prison for each count and up to $5,000 in fines if convicted. The case is still under investigation and few details are available.
