A Kentucky man was charged Monday after he molested a four-year-old at a Paducah daycare center where he worked.
Officials state that a representative of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services contacted them after they discovered that 20-year-old Christen Dublin of South 25th Street had inappropriately touched the child at the Children’s Creative Learning Center.
Dublin showed up to the police department on Monday afternoon for an interview with a detective. During the interview, Wentworth determined that there was sufficient evidence to support a charge of sexual abuse.
Dublin was terminated from the daycare center for spanking a child before the incident was reported to police. Dublin is currently lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
